Privacy Policy

How Nexgen Marketing Solution collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Effective date: October 2, 2026

Welcome to Nexgen Marketing Solution (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit or interact with our website https://nexgenus.net/ (the “Website”) and use our services.

By accessing or using our website or submitting information to us, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our website.

1.Information we collect

We may collect personal and non-personal information (collectively “Information”) about you when you interact with our website, including:

Personal information:

  • Name, email address, phone number, mailing address
  • Business details (company name, job title)
  • Payment or transactional information (if voluntarily provided on encrypted payment forms)
  • Any other information you choose to provide (e.g., via contact forms or sign-ups)
  • Funding application information: the owners’ Social Security number (SSN), date of birth, and home address; the business’s Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), entity type, industry, revenue, and existing loans; bank statements and documents you upload
  • Information from Google when you sign in: name, email address, and profile photo

Automatically collected information — we use analytics tools that may automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Device identifiers
  • Operating system
  • Pages visited, and navigation paths
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2.How we use your information

We use the information we collect for purposes including:

  • Providing and improving our services
  • Responding to your inquiries and requests
  • Facilitating payments and customer support
  • Reviewing funding applications, sending them to suitable lenders, and contacting you about your application
  • Personalizing your experience
  • Sending updates, newsletters, marketing (with consent where required)
  • Complying with legal obligations

3.Cookies & tracking technologies

We and our analytics partners use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Recognize your device during visits
  • Understand how users navigate the Website
  • Measure advertising performance

The Website uses Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our advertising. When you submit a form, we send Meta the type of form along with your name, phone number and email in one-way encrypted (hashed) form, so Meta can match it to the ads you saw. We do not send Meta the amount you need, your revenue, SSN, bank statements or application details.

You can usually disable cookies via your browser settings, but this may impact your experience. You can also adjust the Meta ads you see in the Ad Preferences of your Facebook/Instagram account.

4.Information sharing & disclosure

We may share your information:

  • With partner lenders, when you submit a funding application and agree to the sharing. Lenders use this information to review your application and may run a soft credit check, which does not affect your credit score
  • With trusted service providers who help operate our Website, such as data hosting, customer relationship management (CRM), email, and the AI service that reads the bank statements you upload (a paid service that does not use your data to train AI)
  • To comply with legal requirements (e.g., law enforcement)
  • To protect rights, safety, or property

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for direct marketing.

5.SMS messages

We send marketing or automated SMS messages only if you have agreed to receive them. Consent is not a condition of using our services. Message frequency varies based on your needs; message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out.

Your phone number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6.International transfers

If you or our service providers interact with systems hosted outside your country (e.g., in the U.S. or elsewhere), your data may be processed or stored abroad. By using our Website, you consent to such transfers when permitted by law.

7.Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

SSNs and FEINs are encrypted when stored; the Website shows only the last 4 digits. Only authorized staff can view funding applications, and the full information is used only when an application is sent to a lender.

Funding applications, supporting documents, and transaction records are kept for at least 4 years as required by law and then securely destroyed when no longer needed. Because of this, a request to delete this information may only be completed after the required retention period ends.

However, no security system is completely foolproof — transmission and storage of data is at your own risk.

8.Children’s privacy

Our Website is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

9.Your privacy choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as:

  • Accessing or correcting the personal information we hold
  • Deleting your information
  • Opting out of marketing communications

To exercise your rights, contact us using the information below.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law or our practices. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page and post the new policy on this Website.
